1. Reservations
When you make a reservation through our website, by phone, or via a third-party booking platform (such as Now Book It), you agree to the following:
- Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. After this, your table may be released.
- Please notify us as early as possible if your party size changes or if you need to cancel.
- We reserve the right to refuse a reservation or entry at our discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.
- For groups of 10 or more, please visit our Functions page, as separate terms and a deposit may apply.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans change. We ask that you:
- Cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours in advance wherever possible.
- Notify us of any cancellation by phone or email using the contact details below.
- Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for a deposit on future bookings.
For events or private functions where a deposit has been paid, separate cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Payments & Deposits
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We accept major credit and debit cards. A surcharge may apply to certain card types.
- Deposits required for private events or large group bookings are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the agreed window specified at time of booking.
- We do not store full card details. Payment processing is handled by our secure third-party payment providers.
4. Dietary Requirements & Allergens
We take dietary requirements seriously and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs. However:
- Our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, eggs, and others). We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking and again when ordering.
- Dionysia accepts no liability for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed dietary requirements or cross-contamination risks inherent to a commercial kitchen.
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol
